■Directions

[Yogurt jelly]
- Put 10g of agar in the water for the agar, then place over heat to dissolve and boil for about 1 to 2 min.
- Put warmed yogurt (about 35℃) , sugar, and 20g water in the agar liquid.
- Put the jelly in the mold and cool.

[Carrot jelly]
- Put the agar in water and let boil for 1 to 2 min.
- In another pan, put the water and carrot s which were put through the food processor, then heat and cook for about 5 min.
- Add sugar and orange juice to the carrots in the pot.
- Add the agar liquid 1. to the carrot mixture and make carrot jelly liquid.
- Put the carrot jelly, which has been allowed to cool down in the yogurt jelly mold and cool to jell.
- Arrange the mint leaves.
