- powdered gelatin ……1
- water …… 5
- heavy cream…… 2
- granulated sugar …… 0.2
- chestnuts (sugar sweetened and cooked)…… 8
- chervil …… 0.5
■Directions
- Put gelatin in water and set aside.
- Slice pumpkin thinly.
- Steam pumpkin for 8 min and remove rind.
- Heat the milk and sugar in a pan.
- Dissolve the gelatin over a bowl with hot water.
- Add the milk to the steamed pumpkin in a mixer.
- Add the gelatin to above 6.
- Put in a mold and cool in fridge to jell.
- Add granulated sugar to the heavy cream in bowl and whip.
- Cut chestnuts into 4 pieces.
- When 8. is firm, decorate with whipped cream, chestnuts and chervil.
