■Directions
- Make miso sauce. Mix the garlic, which has been processed through the food processor, with miso, sake, mirin and sugar in a bowl.
- Cut pork in 5cm widths, and onion in diagonal 5mm slices and shiitake mushrooms in 5mm thin slices and break the shimeji mushrooms into small pieces.
- Cut foil into a 30cm length and place mushrooms, onion and pork in the center, and bring the edges together to make a boat with an opening on top.
- Pour sauce from top.
- Bake in 200℃ oven for 10 min.
- Make an accompaniment. Cut lettuce in 5cm squares, cut paprika in half and then into thin slices.
- Make dressing mixing sesame oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper together and toss lettuce and paprika in it.
- When the pork is cooked, place the foil on the serving dish and serve together with the salad.
