■Directions
- Cut the pumpkin into quarters and steam for 30 minutes.
- Cool the steamed pumpkin and put in a food processor. If you add water within the quantity mentioned in the recipe, it will be easier to process.
- Put the agar in the water, place over heat to dissolve and boil for 3 minutes.
